They can be sent to you free of charge upon request.
The house selection Christmas packages (available from stock) can only be modified to a limited extent. This is due to the pricing we have been able to achieve in collaboration with our suppliers. All packages have competitive prices. The prices of the displayed packages include packaging and wrapping costs.
Customizing packages is possible with a minimum order value of €5,000 excl. VAT. This is due to the pricing we have been able to achieve in collaboration with our suppliers.
If you assemble your own package, it is possible to include your own items such as Christmas cards or diaries. Each tailor-made package can include one additional item free of charge, such as a Christmas card.
If you assemble your own package, it is possible to include a service card in the package. The recipient of the package can then contact us directly regarding any comments or complaints.
Cancellations are free up to 10% of the order if you have placed the order before September 14 and the cancellation is confirmed in writing before October 12.
Price changes may occur due to increases in raw material prices or unstable currency costs. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to all prices mentioned in our showroom and brochure. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it with an equivalent product in the same or higher price range.
The packages are delivered free of charge to one address in the Netherlands for orders of at least €1,000 excluding VAT. For orders below this amount, a freight and administration fee of €45 excluding VAT per pallet and per delivery address will be charged. For orders of less than 7 packages, we will ship the packages by parcel service and charge €7.50 excluding VAT per package for shipping costs.
The house selection packages can be ordered as long as stock lasts. Self-assembled packages can be ordered until November 9.
Only with a note on the delivery note, including the name and signature of the recipient and the driver, will breakage and shortages be processed. If there is a defective product in the package, please send an email, and we will find a suitable solution.
All orders for house selection packages (available from stock) must be paid 5 working days prior to delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If we have not received payment 5 working days prior to delivery, we cannot guarantee that the packages will be delivered on the desired dates. If you have assembled a package yourself, we have a payment term of 30 days after delivery.
