We take care of it all!

We take care of the entire process, from sending the choice concept invitations to employees, to the delivery of the Christmas hampers, helpdesk support, and after-sales service. The packages will be delivered to the desired location. This way, we handle the entire process, allowing you and your employees to enjoy an original Christmas hamper while we take care of everything.

Customized

The invitation

We design a custom invitation, in the same style as the webshop, which will be sent to employees via email. The invitations include a personal link to the webshop for each employee. Through the webshop system, we keep track of which employees have made their choice and, in consultation, send reminder emails to those who have not yet made a selection.

Good service

We include a service card with every Christmas hamper, allowing employees to contact us directly if there is any issue with the package. Complaints are registered by us and resolved promptly. Damaged or broken items are replaced free of charge by us, provided they are reported in a timely manner.
